Must haves:
- A minimum of 5 years retail management experience.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of people
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of retail operations & business acumen
- Proven ability to manage stock inventory to achieve results
- Diligent focus to drive results and achieve KPI’s and targets
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example
- 100% customer focussed
