  1. We will offer a full refund or exchange on any* online purchase, including change of mind. This must happen within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  2. You are to complete our Returns and Exchange Form if you wish to claim a refund or exchange your purchase for a different size or style (subject to availability), and enclose within your return package, along with a copy of your Order Confirmation Email (your invoice and proof of purchase) or Printed Tax Invoice.
  3. In the case of an exchange, the returned goods will be processed upon receipt and the replacement pair will be sent out ASAP subject to availability. Please allow 3-5 working days from the day of the return for replacement goods to be sent out.
  4. You will not be charged postage for your first replacement upon exchange, however, should you need to replace the shoes with a different size more than once, you will be charged $10.00 per each additional pair.
  5. A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not conform with our returns policy as set out on our Returns/Exchange form.
  6. If you wish to return and/or exchange your purchase, you may do so provided the goods are in its/their original condition, in its/their original box/packaging and proof of purchase is provided within 14 days of receiving the goods.   7. Goods may also be returned at any of our Wanted Stores. Refer to the Store Locator for more information. Normal return and exchange terms apply and proof of purchase is required.
