Participation and Membership

Participation in our Loyalty Program is available to individuals only.

If you wish to become a member of our Loyalty Program, you can complete our membership process online or in person at any of our stores. You will be bound by these terms and conditions when you first sign up to join our Loyalty Program.

All members will be assigned a membership number which will be used by Wanted Shoes for identification purposes. You must quote your membership number each time you purchase goods from us in store or login using your login details online.

Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in our Loyalty Program, you must spend a minimum of $250 on any goods purchased online or at any of our stores during the financial year (1 July to 30 June). Once you spend $250 or more, we will issue you with a membership card. Even if you do not receive a membership card, you are still eligible to participate in the Loyalty Program provided you quote your membership number when making a purchase.

Once you are eligible to participate, each time you reach a total of $1000 in purchases on full price merchanise during the financial year a Loyalty Gift Voucher will be issued at the end of each program quarter. If you do not spend $1,000 or more during a financial year, you are not able to carry over the amount spent in the previous financial year to the next financial year. All membership accounts will have a zero balance commencing on the 1 July each year.

Our program quarters operate as follows:-

(a) 1 January to 31 March;

(b) 1 April to 30 June;

(d) 1 October to 31 December.

To enable us to keep track of your purchases, you must quote the membership number allocated to you at all times when making a purchase in store or login using your membership login details. Without providing your membership details, you may not be eligible to qualify for a Loyalty Gift Voucher.

The membership card remains the property of Wanted Shoes and is not transferable. If your membership card has been lost or stolen, please notify us immediately to enable us to issue you with a replacement card.

Wanted Shoes may at its discretion cancel your membership or refuse you membership to its Loyalty Program, at any time without notice to you.

Loyalty Program Gift Vouchers

Each Loyalty Gift Voucher will be for an amount of $100.00. The number of Loyalty Gift Vouchers issued to you will depend upon your total purchases in a financial year. You will only be entitled to one Loyalty Gift Voucher for every $1,000 value of goods purchased.

The Loyalty Gift Voucher:-

(a) Is an “in store” only voucher and can only be redeemed at any of our stores. You can only redeem a gift voucher online if you have been issued with an “online Gift Voucher”. You can convert your Loyalty Gift Voucher to an “online Gift Voucher” by contacting our Head Office on 02 9370-9888.

(b) Cannot be exchanged for any other gift voucher;

(d) May not be used as a deposit or payment for lay-by items;

(e) May be used to purchase sale items;

(f) Must be used by the expiry date indicated on the Loyalty Gift Voucher;

(g) Will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

Amendment to Terms

Wanted Shoes reserves the right at all times to make any changes to its Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions which include but are not limited to:-

(a) Changes to rules governing membership of the Loyalty Program;

(b) Changes to rules governing the issue and use of Loyalty Gift Vouchers; and

Termination

Wanted Shoes reserves the right to terminate the Loyalty Program at any time by giving you at least 30 days prior written notice.

Wanted Shoes may give you notice:-

(a) online;

(b) in writing;

(d) through any media source within Australia.

Transactional information when you purchase goods from Wanted Shoes whether online or in store,

Use, storage and disclosure

To administer our loyalty program and to provide you with Loyalty Gift Vouchers, Wanted Shoes may use and store personal information that you provide to us for marketing, sales, and/or promotions to keep you informed of special promotions, events, product launches and any other special offers.

You permit Wanted Shoes to share your personal information if required by law, with any law enforcement body or agency.

Wanted Shoes will take all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information is protected from unauthorised access, misuse and modification. If any personal information you provided to us has changed, please let us know so that we can update your personal information.

Wanted Shoes is not responsible to you for any loss or damage due to any false or incorrect personal information provided to us.
