Return / exchange Policy

  1. Please complete our returns/exchange form if you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, subject to availability. return exchange form.pdf
  2.  We will refund you the full price of the shoes returned and process a new order and payment for the exchanged goods.
  3. A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not conform with our returns policy as set out on our Returns/Exchange form.
  4. You will not be charged postage for your first replacement upon exchange, however, should you need to replace the shoes with a different size more than once, you will be charged $10.00 per each additional pair.
  5.  If you wish to return and/or exchange your purchase, you may do so provided the goods are in its original condition, in its original box and proof of purchase is provided no later than 14 days from the original purchase date.
  6. Goods can also be returned at any of our Wanted Stores. Refer to the store locator for more information. Normal return and exchange terms apply and proof of purchase is required.
