Q How much does delivery cost?
A If your order total does not reach the minimum spend for free delivery, the shipping charge is a flat rate of $10 to anywhere in Australia.
Q I don’t live in Australia, can I still order your shoes?
A At this time, we are only able to deliver goods within Australia.
Q What happens if the shoes I have ordered don’t fit/match?

Q There was no invoice with my order. How do I get a copy of my receipt?
A Your tax invoice was emailed to you when your order was placed. To help save our environment, we do not send printed invoices with your order.
Q Do you deliver to PO boxes?
A No. We can only deliver to physical addresses. You can opt to have the parcel left without a signature if you are not at home.
